The perfect class for people who have never taken a dance lesson in their life as well as for those who feel the need to evolve to an intermediate level. Basic footwork combinations will be thought accordingly to the level of the students followed by thrilling partnering routines that will allow you to learn how to communicate with your body and most importantly have fun. Latin Cardio ~ Mondays 8pm-9pm with Vai and Rodrigo
Lose weight, build your stamina and most importantly learn how to experience your body through the different rhythm of salsa, merengue, bachata and cha-cha. Basics steps of all Latin dances will be repeated gradually faster in order to allow a fun and high energy workout. Bring a water and a towel ;). Knowing how to do dips and lifts in Salsa is the cherry on the cake. You will learn how to safely highlight your dance skills by incorporating tricks with proper technique.

Piloxing is a creative mix between Pilates and boxing geared towards women, with a mental and physical goal of attaining a “Sleek, Sexy and Powerful” self-image. It will introduce you to the physical demands and mental discipline of two different worlds of fitness at once. Pilates is designed to beautifully sculpt the body by building flexibility, endurance and strength, and in the process creating a sexy and feminine self-image; while the demands of boxing entail strength, power, speed and agility, creating a mental stimulation of power and confidence. In addition to Pilates and boxing movements, the exercise will require the usage of weighted gloves which will add to the workout by toning the arms.
