Victoria Miller has been practicing Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, for over twenty years. Her personal practice highlight came during her own pregnancy and experience with prenatal and mommy and me yoga classes. As a result, she began teaching twelve years ago and has studied extensively with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa (Los Angeles’ preeminent Kundalini Yoga teacher), including substituting for her classes while she travelled. Victoria completed the KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) 200-hour Teacher’s Training Course in 2003. Currently Victoria teaches pregnancy and post-natal yoga as well as general Kundalini classes for all levels of students at several locations in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area, as well as privately. Teaching by example, Victoria’s classes are healing, musical, and uplifting--conducted in a supportive environment where the students can dedicate themselves to their own individual practice and awakening.
